3. How We Share Your Information

- Wholesale lenders and investors we submit your loan to (such as UWM, Rocket Pro, Pennymac, etc.)
- Service providers: Twilio (SMS and voice delivery), Google Workspace (email), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI assistance for content generation, never used to make lending decisions), Microsoft Azure (cloud hosting), CosmosDB (data storage), Netlify (website hosting), BatchData (skip-trace verification), FRED (federal reserve rate data)
- Credit bureaus, title companies, appraisers, escrow officers, insurance providers required to close your loan
- Government agencies and regulators when required by law (CFPB, state regulators, NMLS)
- Law enforcement when compelled by valid legal process
4. SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from us (via the form on justinbermingham.com/sms-consent or other written, verbal, or electronic consent), you agree to receive recurring SMS messages about your mortgage inquiry, rate updates, loan status, document requests, and educational content.
